Responsibilities: Strategic Design Leadership Drive the product design lifecycle, from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Set and maintain a long-term vision for product design that aligns with business goals and user needs. User-Centric Design Expertise Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and market analysis to create products that exceed user expectations. Anticipate global user needs, particularly in international markets and cross-border financial services. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life. Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence. Design Systems and Standards Build and scale robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
