About the role

We are currently looking for full-time Technical Support Engineers to join our team and become the voice of our organization for domestic and international customers. This role is more than just answering calls—it's about being the first line of support, understanding customer challenges, offering meaningful solutions, and ensuring that users have the best possible experience with our products and services. Whether you're an experienced professional or a fresh graduate looking to start your career in the IT industry, this is a role that offers you hands-on experience in customer interaction, technical issue resolution, and teamwork across multiple departments. As a Technical Support Engineer, your core responsibility will be to provide voice-based customer support. This means you'll be interacting directly with customers over the phone—handling both inbound and outbound calls. These could range from minor troubleshooting to complex technical issues, depending on the situation. You'll need to listen patiently, communicate clearly, and guide customers towards the best solutions, all while maintaining a calm and professional tone. In today's fast-paced world, customers expect immediate and effective responses to their concerns. That's why first-time resolution is a top priority in this role. Whether it's a software glitch, a system compatibility issue, or a connectivity problem, your goal will be to solve it during the first call itself, whenever possible. But you're not in this alone. You'll be part of a larger ecosystem that includes technical experts, content creators, and product teams, all working together to ensure customer satisfaction. For more complex technical problems, you'll escalate the issue to the relevant team and follow up to ensure that the customer receives a timely and accurate resolution. In this role, your communication skills are just as important as your technical knowledge. You'll need to build rapport with callers quickly and make them feel heard and understood. Your ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, relatable terms is what will truly set you apart. Remember, not all customers are tech-savvy. Some may be frustrated, anxious, or confused when they reach out. It's your job to turn that frustration into relief, and to make sure they feel supported throughout the process. A friendly voice, clear instructions, and a little empathy can go a long way. You'll also be working closely with our technical content team to provide real-time feedback on gaps in the support documentation or help modules. This collaboration helps improve self-help resources for future users and empowers customers to solve basic issues without assistance. This feedback loop is crucial—it not only makes our systems more efficient but also gives you a chance to contribute to broader improvements within the organization. If you notice the same question or issue popping up repeatedly, your insights can lead to updates in training manuals, user guides, or even product features. One important aspect to consider is the work schedule. This is a night shift position, designed to align with the availability of our global customer base, especially those in different time zones like North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. If you're someone who enjoys working during the quieter hours or you're naturally a night owl, this could be a great fit for you. Working night shifts also often comes with certain benefits, such as shift allowances, flexibility in daytime schedules, and sometimes reduced traffic for those who commute. Additionally, being part of a global support team gives you exposure to international customers and a better understanding of how businesses operate across cultures. We are hiring across multiple cities in Tamil Nadu to bring this opportunity closer to you. Positions are open in the following locations: Chennai – Tamil Nadu's tech capital with great infrastructure and connectivity. Salem – A rapidly growing city with a strong talent pool and lower cost of living. Coimbatore – Known for its educational institutions and flourishing IT parks. Tirunelveli – A hub of skilled graduates with a rising demand for IT jobs. Madurai – A historic city with modern tech aspirations and excellent local talent. Whether you're based in one of these cities already or considering a move, we provide support and guidance to help you settle into the role comfortably. Our workspaces are designed to be inclusive, collaborative, and productive.
