Key Responsibilities
∙Solution Architecture: Design and implement end-to end Zoho solutions using Zoho Creator, CRM, Recruit, People, Desk, Workdrive, Analytics, Books,
Subscription, Survey, Forms, and SalesIQ.
∙Leadership: Lead and mentor development teams, set technical direction, and establish best practices for coding, reviews, and solution delivery.
∙Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure
alignment with strategic goals.
∙Integration Expertise: Architect and implement seamless integrations between Zoho applications and
external systems (e.g., Stripe, Twilio, ACH, Xero, 99 Acres) through APIs and custom connectors.
∙Project Management: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
∙Governance & Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for performance optimization, scalability,
security, and compliance across Zoho and OutSystems platforms.
∙Innovation: Stay updated on emerging Zoho technologies and OutSystems advancements, driving
adoption of innovative tools and processes within the team.
∙Client Engagement: Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, providing regular updates,
technical insights, and solution recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
∙10+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in Zoho application development and architecture.
∙Certified Zoho Creator Developer (or equivalent certification).
∙Advanced expertise in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator, Strong knowledge and hands
on experience across Zoho CRM, Recruit, People, Desk, Books, Analytics, Workdrive, Subscription, Social, and Survey.
∙Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams of developers.
∙Solid track record of delivering enterprise scale projects across domains such as CRM, Healthcare,
Real Estate, Sales, Warranty Management, HRMS, and Performance Management Systems.
∙Integration experience with third-party platforms and custom APIs.
∙Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for project execution.
