Key Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end Zoho implementation and support operations.
- Manage deployments for Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Zoho Projects.
- Oversee customization, workflows, integrations, and data migration.
- Ensure SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery.
- Mentor and manage the Zoho support/implementation team.
KPIs
- On-time Zoho project delivery
- SLA compliance
- CSAT score
- Ticket resolution turnaround time
- Successful Zoho go-live rate
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience (Mandatory).
- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and Zoho Projects.
- Experience with Zoho customization, workflow automation, integrations, and data migration.
- Strong client communication and project coordination skills.

Zoho Developer
1. Role Details
Role: Zoho Developer - Mandatory Zoho Experience required.
Division: Technology / IT
2. Key Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and customize Zoho applications (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.)
- Build and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting and APIs.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems (ERP, payment gateways, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations.
3. KPIs
- Delivery timelines and project completion rate.
- Quality of development (bugs, defects, rework).
- System performance and uptime.
- Automation efficiency and process improvements.
- Stakeholder satisfaction.
- Integration success rate.
- Documentation quality and completeness.
4. Experience and Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Zoho development or CRM development.
- Strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other Zoho applications.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho APIs.
- Experience with integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, third-party tools).
- Good understanding of business processes and CRM workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with databases and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
5. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Zoho development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in Deluge scripting and Zoho platform tools.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party systems.
- Good understanding of CRM and business process automation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
- Zoho certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
