Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon/Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications for our clients. You will work closely with clients, internal teams (including sales, marketing, and development), and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective Zoho solutions. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to streamline their business processes, improve customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and best practices.
- Customize Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications using Zoho's native tools, Deluge scripting, and APIs to meet specific client needs.
- Integrate Zoho applications with other business systems, including ERPs and third-party applications, using APIs and other integration methods.
- Migrate data from legacy systems to Zoho CRM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct business analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Zoho solutions.
- Manage projects related to Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Develop and deliver training to clients on how to use Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications effectively.
- Create and maintain documentation for Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications, including user manuals and technical specifications.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in Zoho CRM implementation, customization, and administration.
- Proven ability to integrate Zoho applications with other business systems using APIs and other integration methods.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Experience with data migration from legacy systems to Zoho CRM.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
