Role Description This full-time Zoho Sales Consultant role is an on-site position based in the Pune Division. The consultant will engage with prospects and clients to understand business requirements, demonstrate Zoho products, and recommend the right solutions to meet their goals. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, preparing proposals and solution outlines, conducting product presentations, and coordinating with technical teams for scoping and implementation planning. The role also involves nurturing client relationships, tracking opportunities in Zoho CRM, and supporting post-sale handover to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting skills, including solution selling and needs analysis for Zoho products.
- Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up, relationship management, and value-focused engagement.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
- Experience in Customer Service and Consulting, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or business applications.
- Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books) and interest in becoming a product expert.
- Ability to work collaboratively with presales, implementation, and support teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions in the Pune Division and willingness to travel locally as needed.
