Job Duties (Summary): Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, Recommend and implement improvements to enhance overall product quality, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues, Conduct regular quality checks and tests on products and services, Prepare reports documenting quality issues and proposed solutions, Analyze data to identify trends and patterns affecting product quality.
