Role Overview
ANSI Technologies is looking for a Zoho HRMS & Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Zoho People / Zoho HRMS and Zoho Payroll.
The consultant will be responsible for configuring and implementing Zoho Payroll and HRMS for a large organization with approximately 1,800–2,000 employees. This includes payroll setup, salary structures, statutory components, leave balances, leave tracking, employee data, approvals, payroll processing, reports, and end-to-end HRMS configuration.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond payroll configuration into full Zoho HRMS, Payroll, Finance, ERP, and business process implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesZoho Payroll Implementation
- Configure Zoho Payroll for approximately 1,800–2,000 employees
- Set up payroll organization, pay schedules, pay periods, and payroll calendars
- Configure salary structures for different employee categories
- Define earnings, deductions, reimbursements, benefits, allowances, and statutory components
- Configure PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, bonus, and other applicable payroll settings
- Manage payroll components, salary revisions, arrears, backdated corrections, and increments
- Configure payslips, payroll registers, finance reports, and statutory reports
- Support payroll testing, parallel runs, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Help HR and finance teams understand the complete payroll processing cycle
Zoho HRMS / Zoho People Configuration
- Configure employee master data, departments, designations, locations, reporting hierarchy, and employee categories
- Set up leave policies, leave balances, accruals, carry-forward rules, and encashment rules
- Configure leave tracking and Loss of Pay impact on payroll
- Set up attendance rules, holiday calendars, work weeks, shifts, and approval workflows
- Configure onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR forms, checklists, and workflows
- Support HRMS data migration and validation
- Train HR and payroll users on Zoho People and Zoho Payroll usage
Data Migration & Validation
- Prepare data templates for employee master data, salary details, leave balances, statutory data, and payroll inputs
- Clean, validate, and reconcile large employee datasets
- Support migration from Excel, SAP, legacy HRMS, or other payroll systems
- Identify data gaps and coordinate with HR, payroll, finance, and IT teams for corrections
- Validate payroll outputs before go-live
Client-Site Implementation Support
- Work from the client site in Navi Mumbai for the first 6 months
- Coordinate directly with HR, payroll, finance, and management teams
- Conduct requirement discussions and configuration reviews
- Support user acceptance testing and issue resolution
- Provide hands-on training and implementation support
- Ensure smooth transition from legacy processes to Zoho HRMS and Payroll

- Comfortable handling payroll for large employee volumes
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Able to work with HR, payroll, finance, and IT teams
- Capable of identifying process gaps and configuration issues
- Comfortable working onsite at client location for the first 6 months
- Interested in growing into broader HRMS, Payroll, ERP, and Zoho implementation consulting
