Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Zoho One Implementation Specialist who has hands-on experience deploying and managing the entire Zoho One suite across an organisation — not just a single tool. This is a full ownership role: you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and rolling out Zoho One organisation-wide across all departments at Webinidia, covering ~50 team members with room to grow.
This is not a support role. We need someone who has done this before and can lead the implementation from Day 1.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho One across all departments — HR, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Support
- Configure, customise, and connect all relevant Zoho One apps to ensure they work as a unified system across the organisation
- Set up the Zoho One Admin Panel — user provisioning, SSO, role-based access control, and org-wide policies
- Build workflows, automation rules, and blueprints to eliminate manual work and streamline cross-team processes
- Create integrations between Zoho apps and external tools used by the business
- Manage data migration from existing tools and spreadsheets into the Zoho ecosystem
- Conduct team training and create SOPs so each department can independently operate its Zoho tools post-implementation
- Act as the internal Zoho super-admin and primary point of escalation for all Zoho-related issues going forward
Must-Have
- 2–4 years of hands-on Zoho One implementation experience — full suite deployment across an organisation, not individual tools
- Must have set up all tools within Zoho One across HR, CRM, Finance, Projects, Support, Communication, Analytics, and Admin/Directory — for a team of 20–200 users
- Proven ability to configure the Zoho One Admin Panel end-to-end: SSO, user groups, app access policies, and org-wide settings
- Experience building cross-app workflows and automation using native Zoho tools
- Hands-on experience with API integrations connecting Zoho with external platforms
- Strong understanding of data migration — moving structured data from legacy systems into Zoho cleanly
- Clear documentation skills — writing SOPs for non-technical teams
Good to Have
- Zoho Certified Professional or Zoho Partner background
- Experience implementing Zoho One in a digital marketing, staffing, or professional services organisation
- Prior experience of implementing Zoho One organisation-wide at scale (100+ users)
