Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Manager with strong expertise in Zoho Recruit and overall Zoho ecosystem administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing recruitment data, creating dashboards and reports, maintaining data quality, handling subscription migrations, implementing automations, and leveraging AI-powered features within Zoho applications.
The candidate should possess both functional and technical understanding of recruitment operations and data management to support organizational reporting, decision-making, automation, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Zoho Recruit and related Zoho applications.
- Create and maintain dashboards, pie charts, analytics reports, and visual data insights.
- Perform data modeling, data structuring, and optimization for business reporting and recruitment analytics.
- Ensure data cleanliness, consistency, security, and usability across the organization.
- Handle data maintenance, deduplication, validation, and enhancement activities.
- Design scalable data structures so information can be reused for multiple business purposes.
- Manage Zoho subscription plans, upgrades, migrations, and transitions without impacting existing data or workflows.
- Take ownership of data backup strategies, recovery processes, and data protection mechanisms.
- Implement automation workflows using Zoho automation tools, AI integrations, and inbuilt AI capabilities.
- Explore and integrate AI-driven recruitment or reporting solutions within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Work closely with recruitment and technical teams to understand operational requirements.
- Maintain system documentation, workflows, and process improvements.
- Continuously learn and implement new Zoho features, AI enhancements, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Zoho Recruit administration.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, or related Zoho products.
- Strong understanding of dashboards, reports, charts, and recruitment analytics.
- Good knowledge of data modeling and database concepts.
- Experience in maintaining, cleaning, validating, and organizing large datasets.
- Understanding of Zoho subscription models and migration handling.
- Ability to manage data backup and recovery processes.
- Technical understanding of recruitment data and workflows.
- Experience with AI integrations, workflow automation, or Zoho AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of API integrations and automation workflows is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Self-learning attitude with willingness to stay updated on new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technical recruitment industry or staffing domain.
- Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and hiring analytics.
- Familiarity with automation tools and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
Good to Have
- Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting.
- Knowledge of SQL or data querying concepts.
- Exposure to AI-based recruitment tools or chatbot integrations.
