Role Description
The Zoho Junior Developer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work from home as needed. The role involves developing and customizing Zoho applications to meet business requirements, creating workflows and automation, integrating Zoho with third-party tools, debugging and resolving system issues, and providing technical support to ensure optimal performance of Zoho systems. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team members to implement best practices and contribute to efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, and other platform-specific tools
- Experience in customizing Zoho workflows, automation, and scripting with Deluge
- Knowledge of API integration and the ability to connect Zoho systems with third-party platforms
- Basic understanding of debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for collaborating within a team and with stakeholders
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience working within the technology or enterprise solutions industry is a plus
- 2-3 years of relevant experience required
