Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Navi Mumbai for a Zoho HRMS & Payroll Expert. The role involves configuring, managing, and customizing the Zoho HRMS & Payroll platform to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include overseeing payroll processes, resolving system issues, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless data integration, and providing technical support and training to internal teams. The candidate will also analyze HR requirements, generate custom reports, and work closely with stakeholders to optimize functionality and user adoption.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Zoho HRMS and Payroll systems
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll management, and compliance
- Experience with workflow automation, data integration, and HR analytics
- Advanced knowledge of system troubleshooting and providing technical support
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience with additional Zoho products or similar platforms is a plus
