Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related Finance modules
  • Develop and maintain Deluge scripts, workflows, custom functions, and automation rules
  • Design and optimize inventory tracking, stock valuation, purchase, and sales workflows
  • Integrate Zoho Finance applications with:
  • CRM systems
  • Payment gateways
  • Banking APIs
  • Third-party ERP or e-commerce platforms
  • Create and manage custom reports, dashboards, and financial analytics
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues related to financial data accuracy, inventory reconciliation, and system performance
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to translate financial requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide ongoing support, documentation, and system enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Zoho Books
  • Zoho Inventory
  • Zoho Finance Suite
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Accounting principles
  • Inventory management processes
  • Financial reporting
  • Experience with API integrations and web services
  • Familiarity with GST, VAT, and regional tax configurations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time, remote/hybrid setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Finance certifications
  • Experience working with accounting firms or financial service providers
  • Knowledge of multi-currency and multi-entity accounting setups
  • Prior experience supporting clients across the UAE and India markets
