Hiring: Senior Zoho Developer (Zoho One Ecosystem)
Location: Gurgaon, India (On-site)
Reports to: CMO

Role Summary:
UniHawk is looking for a highly experienced Zoho Developer to take end-to-end ownership of our Zoho One ecosystem across sales, finance, and operations.
This is a hands-on engineering role. You will design scalable CRM architectures, build complex automation workflows, develop custom Zoho Creator applications, and integrate third-party platforms that support thousands of students, parents, and internal teams.
What You Will Do:
- Customize and optimize Zoho CRM (modules, layouts, blueprints, workflows, validation rules)
- Develop advanced Deluge scripts across CRM, Creator, Books, Forms, and People
- Build and maintain custom Zoho Creator applications for operations and reporting
- Integrate Zoho with payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, Telr), WhatsApp API, LMS, telephony, and external systems
- Manage Zoho One administration including roles, profiles, permissions, and data security
- Build dashboards and analytics to provide leadership real-time business visibility
- Maintain data hygiene, handle migrations, and ensure system reliability
What We’re Looking For:
- 8–10 years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of deep Zoho ecosystem expertise
- Strong Deluge scripting and REST API integration experience
- Experience building scalable, multi-department CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder communication skills
