Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Zoho Developer for this full-time, on-site position located in Dubai. The Zoho Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Zoho solutions to meet specific client business needs. Daily tasks include configuring and maintaining Zoho modules, managing integrations with third-party applications, developing custom workflows, automating processes, troubleshooting issues, and producing detailed technical documentation. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and optimize Zoho functionalities for client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zoho development, including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books with 2 to 4 years experience.
- Strong skills in scripting, developing, and implementing workflows, custom functions, and automation
- Experience with application integrations using APIs such as REST and third-party platforms
- Understanding of database management and data migrations
- Problem-solving skills for debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for client interactions and team coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of other business tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft PowerApps) is a plus
- Familiarity with project management practices and tools will be advantageous
- Experience with infrastructure management and workflow systems is beneficial
