We’re Hiring: Zoho CRM Technical Developer / Configurator (2–3 Years Experience)

Vegacompass Technologies is looking for a skilled Zoho CRM Technical Developer/Configurator who can design, customize, and optimize CRM solutions to meet business needs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows
- Develop and manage automation (Blueprints, Workflows, Functions)
- Write and optimize Deluge scripts for business logic
- Handle Zoho CRM integrations with third-party applications
- Perform data migration, import/export, and data management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Zoho CRM configuration and customization
- Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting
- Knowledge of Zoho APIs, Webhooks, and integrations
- Experience with Zoho Flow / Zoho Creator
- Understanding of CRM processes and automation
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
🔹 Preferred Skills:
- Experience with third-party integrations (REST APIs)
- Knowledge of Zoho One suite
- Familiarity with other CRM platforms
