Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Zoho CRM Specialist who can manage, customize, and optimize our CRM ecosystem to improve customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Zoho tools, automation, integrations, and basic coding knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM for smooth operations and accurate data management
- Build and optimize workflows, automation, and blueprints using Deluge
- Execute marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns & Zoho Marketing Automation
- Develop integrations with internal and third-party tools using APIs & webhooks
- Create customer segmentation strategies for lead nurturing and retention
- Generate reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics
- Ensure CRM data hygiene, deduplication, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and tech teams to improve CRM efficiency
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of Deluge (Mandatory)
- Basic coding knowledge in SQL, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
