🚀 We're Hiring — Zoho CRM & ERP Implementation Intern (Paid)

📍 Chennai | Immediate Joiners Preferred

At Biotastic Health Systems, we supply premium cold therapy and recovery equipment — ice baths, chillers, and heat therapy solutions — to gyms, hotels, spas, and corporates across India.

We're migrating our entire operations from Odoo to the Zoho ecosystem, and we need one person to own it end-to-end.

🔧 What You'll Own:

1. End-to-end Zoho migration — CRM, Books, Desk/Projects — from module setup to go-live
2. Direct coordination with Zoho India's onboarding and support teams — you raise tickets, schedule calls, follow up on resolutions
3. Set up the live integration between our marketing agency's lead portal and Zoho CRM — eliminating manual lead entry and ensuring every inbound lead flows automatically into the pipeline in real time
4. Migrate active customer data, open orders, and invoice history from Odoo into Zoho
5. Work with our HR and ops teams to capture internal workflows and replicate them in Zoho
6. Document SOPs for every configured module so the team can run independently post go-live

This is not an assistant role. You will be the single point of ownership for a real, business-critical project with direct visibility to our founders.

✅ You're a Fit If:

1. You've used any CRM or ERP tool — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Tally (any exposure counts)
2. You've completed or are willing to complete Zoho certifications on Zoho Learn (free + online — strong plus)
3. You follow up without being chased and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
4. MBA / BBA / B.Tech / B.Com — pursuing or recently completed
5. Prior internship in ops, sales ops, or SaaS is a bonus — not a requirement
