🔹 About the Role
At Virtual Building Studio, we are scaling rapidly across global markets, and our CRM needs to evolve accordingly.
We are looking for a Zoho CRM Customization Expert who can go beyond basic implementation and build a powerful, scalable system that drives real business outcomes—sales efficiency, automation, and decision intelligence.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Customize and optimize Zoho CRM aligned with business workflows
- Build automation, blueprints, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Integrate CRM with internal tools, Zoho ecosystem, and third-party platforms
- Strengthen lead management, pipeline visibility, and conversion tracking
- Work closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to bring structure and clarity
- Drive CRM adoption, discipline, and continuous improvement
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Proven expertise in Zoho CRM customization and implementation
- Strong command over Deluge scripting, APIs, and integrations
- Deep understanding of sales processes, funnels, and CRM architecture
- Ability to think from a business + system design perspective
- Someone who takes ownership and delivers outcomes, not just setups
