We are looking for a detail-oriented Zoho CRM professional who can help us configure, clean and maintain our CRM for customer acquisition, payment tracking, product-wise revenue, follow-ups and monthly MIS reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Create and update Zoho CRM fields, sections, layouts and dropdowns
- Maintain customer, deal, payment and product data
- Import/export CRM data using CSV/Excel
- Clean duplicate or incomplete CRM records
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for revenue, acquisition, conversions and pending payments
- Create basic Zoho CRM reports and dashboards
- Coordinate with sales/counselling/operations teams for missing data
- Support CRM process improvement and documentation
Required skills:
- Zoho CRM experience is strongly preferred
- Understanding of CRM modules, fields, layouts and reports
- Ability to manage payment and revenue data accurately
- Basic MIS/reporting ability
Preferred:
- Experience with Zoho CRM setup/configuration
- Experience with dashboards, workflows or automation
- Experience in education, publishing, edtech or customer operations
