Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Zoho CRM Administrator. The Zoho CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Zoho CRM platform, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and providing end-user training and support. Additional tasks include monitoring data integrity, customizing functionalities to meet business requirements, and implementing updates or integrations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong System Administration and Troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in managing and configuring Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools; familiarity with Salesforce.com Administration is a plus
- Excellent Analytical Skills for data management, reporting, and solving complex problems
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and end-users
- Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Experience with customer relationship management systems or related platforms
- Basic understanding of business workflows and process optimization
