Product Management

JOB DESCRIPTION A product manager must :- 1. Have a deep passion for understanding and ideating solutions for the customer and market needs. 2. Work with the product management team in an agile fashion who can connect the dots in the SDLC by collaborating with design, development, testing and release teams. 3. Help deliver and execute the product roadmaps based on the core values and vision of the product. 4. Foster our values of ownership, compassion, commitment-to-learning, transparency, and integrity. 5. Posses technical knowledge and understanding of SaaS products and platforms are a must. 6. Be able to communicate complex technical concepts/customer problems in a simple way to internal & external stakeholders. 7. Be capable of synthesizing customer feedback into strategic product positioning. Responsibilities: 1. Perform research on market-driven products & platforms, and help in developing and implementing product vision and strategy. 2. Identify customer problems and product pain-points in order to address them with solutions. Ensures the requirements are gathered and prioritized. 3. Collaborate closely with the product management team and with other business development teams to validate and prioritize market proposition of integration into the platform. 4. Ensuring the alignment of the product's core business goals and asses the market/industry level impacts while working with marketplace needs. 5. Implement usage tracking and analyze patterns to validate new feature requirements and monitor feature adoption and usage. 6. Meet regularly with key customer facing teams to collect and analyze user feedback to shape new product ideas and user requirements. Skill-Set Required: 1. Strong writing skills with a proficiency in drafting business requirement documentation: MRD (Market Requirement Documents) and PRD (Product Requirement Documents). 2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Create wireframes, graphic flow diagrams and prototypes. 4. Data-driven decision-making and negotiation skills are required. 5. User interface and user experience knowledge is an added advantage. 6.
