About the role
Lead - Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) will effectively cross-collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define the current and future state of business process, identifying the business needs, suggesting and defining deliverables and driving towards identified solution implementation.
As the Lead - Enterprise Business Solutions, you will:
Identify, understand and document business requirements (BRD) by understanding the business process and will understand as-is processes and define to-be processes.
Finalize the kickoff, implementation approach and handle the complete lifecycle with little or no guidance and work with technical/product teams wherever needed.
Zoho/cloud based business application implementation experience in a large enterprise will be preferred.
