About the role
Zoho suite of applications holds a wide range of compliance certifications with respect to security, privacy and quality. You will be responsible for managing the compliance program for the Zoho Infrastructure team by managing processes, collaboration and deliverables to ensure the Zoho Infrastructure remains on top of compliance requirements at all times.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Comprehensive knowledge in ISMS and QMS Compliance Standards.
Understanding PCI DSS requirements, needs and implementation.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ensure all the processes are reviewed with respect to Security, Privacy and Quality aspects.
Representing the Infrastructure team in all the internal and External Audits and ensure compliance with the scoped framework of the audit.
Tool Management: Taking care of access control and tool management for all the critical and non-critical tools management by the Infrastructure team.
Identifying compliance gaps: The Compliance Coordinator will identify areas where the team may be at risk of non-compliance, and work with relevant people/teams to address those gaps.
Comprehending and incorporating applicable existing, new or updated compliance frameworks and regulations.
Detail-oriented and proactive individual to oversee the efficient management of our ticketing system, ensuring timely ticket resolution, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional support to internal teams.
