About the role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing enterprise-level customer relationships to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth for Zoho. You will work closely with sales teams to identify and qualify potential customers, craft tailored sales strategies, and close complex enterprise deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target accounts and industries - Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue and expand Zoho's footprint within existing accounts - Effectively communicate Zoho's value proposition and solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers - Collaborate with sales teams, solutions architects, and other stakeholders to understand customer requirements and craft solutions - Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close, including contract negotiations and renewals - Contribute to the overall sales strategy and provide feedback to the leadership team
