About the Role
We are looking for a Zoho Consultant who can bridge both the technical and business sides of Zoho implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes as well as hands-on expertise in customizing, developing, and integrating Zoho applications. The consultant will act as both a strategist and a technical expert to ensure Zoho solutions are tailored, optimized, and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Zoho-driven solutions.
- Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, Projects, Analytics, etc.).
- Develop advanced automation, workflows, blueprints, dashboards, and custom reports.
- Build custom applications and scripts using Deluge and manage API integrations with third-party platforms.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for sales, marketing, finance, and customer support workflows within Zoho.
- Deliver training sessions, user documentation, and ongoing support to ensure adoption.
- Conduct system audits, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance across Zoho applications.
- Keep updated with new Zoho releases and proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Zoho Consultant, Developer, or CRM Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of the Zoho One suite, including CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, Projects, and Analytics.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integrations.
- Experience in workflow automation, custom app development, and third-party integrations (Zapier, Integromat, etc.).
- Strong business acumen and ability to align Zoho tools with organizational objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
