Role Description
The Zoho Books Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Zoho Books platform, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and seamless integration of accounting processes. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, generating financial reports, performing bank reconciliations, and troubleshooting any software-related issues. The specialist will also provide training and support to staff as needed and collaborate with the finance team to streamline operations. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Salem, WV.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Zoho Books and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
- Ability to perform account reconciliation, manage accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll processing
- Experience in troubleshooting software issues and providing user support
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site and willingness to manage tasks with attention to detail
