Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Zoho Books Functional Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing client business processes, configuring Zoho Books to meet specific requirements, and providing consulting and support during implementation. The role also includes problem-solving, training clients on using Zoho Books effectively, and ensuring a seamless transition to using the software for financial and operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve business processes
- Proficiency in Communication to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Understanding of Business Processes and ability to identify optimization opportunities
- Experience in Consulting and guiding clients to achieve desired outcomes
- Knowledge of Finance principles, accounting systems, and financial processes
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business, or related fields
- Prior experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software is a plus
