Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Zoho Books Accountant based in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include managing and maintaining financial records, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports within the Zoho Books platform. The role entails analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and collaborating with the team to ensure efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate will also contribute to process improvements and assist in tax filing and audit preparations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Zoho Books for bookkeeping and financial management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax compliance
- Analytical skills for financial data analysis and process improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in using Zoho Books or similar accounting software is highly desirable
