About the Role
We are looking for a Zoho Automation Specialist who can take our existing Zoho setup to the next level. Our basic CRM structure is already in place, and we now need someone who can build advanced automations, custom workflows, and integrations using code.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced workflows, blueprints, and process automation in Zoho CRM
- Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting
- Build and manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., WhatsApp APIs, telecalling tools etc.)
- Create and manage webhooks, APIs, and data flows between Zoho and external systems
- Optimize existing CRM processes to improve efficiency, tracking, and reporting
- Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and automation failures
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho One
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Deluge scripting
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Good understanding of CRM data structures and automation logic
- Experience working with tools like Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SQL / databases is a plus
- Ability to handle end-to-end automation projects independently
