Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Zoho Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and management of Zoho applications to meet business needs. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining workflows, designing and integrating APIs, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and training team members on Zoho platforms. The Zoho Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Zoho apps (Creator, CRM, Books, Analytics, and others), working knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting, and the ability to create custom functions and APIs
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP, and understanding of database management and SQL
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to debug technical issues and optimize system performance
- Project management and communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Prior experience in process automation and business workflow design is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with the corporate reporting, sustainability, or communications industry is an advantage
