Role Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Zoho applications and a strong understanding of service-based business operations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients across service industries (FinTech, Consulting, IT Services, etc.)
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for Zoho solutions (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, etc.)
- Work closely with internal technical teams to design and implement scalable Zoho-based solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis, workflow design, and solution architecture within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-implementation handholding.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients during requirement gathering and solution discussions
- Ensure documentation is maintained for processes, configurations, and use cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in SaaS or service-based companies.
- Strong understanding of service industry workflows (sales pipeline, onboarding, project delivery, support)
- Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and workflow diagrams
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and automation tools is a plus
- Experience working with Zoho implementation partners
