Role Description
We are looking for a Zoho Administrator / Integration Specialist to manage, maintain, and enhance our Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho People. The candidate will be responsible for system configuration, automation, user support, and integration with internal and external applications.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Zoho Administration
• Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho People
• Configure modules, fields, layouts, roles, and permissions
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability
2. Workflow Automation & Customization
• Create and maintain workflows, automation rules, and approvals
• Customize forms, reports, and dashboards based on business needs
• Optimize sales and operational processes within Zoho
3. Integration & Development
• Integrate Zoho applications with internal systems (ERP, mobile apps, etc.)
• Use APIs to enable data synchronization across platforms
• Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting
4. User Support & Training
• Provide day-to-day support to sales and operations teams
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user queries
• Train new users and improve adoption
5. Reporting & Analytics
• Generate reports and dashboards for management
• Provide insights to improve sales and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–6+ years of experience in Zoho CRM / Zoho platform
• Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho People
• Experience in API integration and third-party system connectivity
• Hands-on experience with Deluge scripting
• Good understanding of sales and business workflows
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
