Role Description

This full-time role for a Zoho Administrator is an on-site position located in Chennai. The Zoho Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Zoho applications to streamline business processes. Core responsibilities include system customization, integration of various modules, creating and maintaining workflows, generating insightful reports, and providing training and support for internal teams. The role may also include troubleshooting system issues and staying updated on Zoho updates and best practices to implement new features effectively.


Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and configuring Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, and other related Zoho suite applications.
  • Proficiency in creating and optimizing workflows, custom reports, dashboards, and forms within the Zoho platform.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs to connect Zoho applications with other software tools.
  • Analytical thinking for troubleshooting system issues and identifying new opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide training and ongoing support to teams.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Zoho scripting and workflows as well as understanding of IT systems will be an added advantage.
