Senior / Lead Product Designer (UX focus)

Why we're hiring for this role: As our startup grows, we’re looking for a talented and creative Lead / Senior UX/UI Designer to elevate our user experiences and enhance the visual appeal of our products. This role is perfect for a design professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at turning complex ideas into intuitive designs, and is eager to contribute to the company’s growth through innovative, user-centered design solutions.

Key challenges you will work on every day:

• Simplifying complex technologies so anyone can easily use them and have a great experience.
• Design closely with product engineering to come up with the best way to present functionality to multiple user personas on multiple products.
• Creating a cohesive brand image from pitch decks to product documentation.

• You are self-driven and prefer using the best tools to solve the job
• You understand and like to use new design and user interface methodologies, but always prioritize what the user needs.
• You put a high emphasis on collaborating with your peers and key stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• You are interested in the business and align your execution with it.
• You like to learn, are open to feedback and own your own delivery cycles .

Most of this applies to you:

• Experienced in using the tools that will help us build a sustainable design approach
• Experienced in B2B SaaS environment
• Worked with product development companies in-house in long term
• Can learn on the job and easily move between the parts of design you work on (Art, UI, UX)
• Used to working side by side with Engineering and GTM
• Experience in designing for multiple devices (Browser, Desktop, Mobile, Tablet etc.)

Requirements:

• 7+ years experience in product design
• Strong creative, design and communication skills
• Representable Portfolio of work
• Strong English and Hungarian communication skills
