Lead Finance & Accounts

Job Description:

 1) Take charge of the complete accounting cycle, including proficiently managing AP&ARprocesses, maintaining the general ledger and performing meticulous account reconciliations. 

2) MIS preparation on a monthly basis.

 3) Ensure strict compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI Filing and facilitate smooth audit process. 

4) Assist in payroll calculation and other labour law compliances. 

5) Liaising with auditors, consultants, internal and external stakeholders. 

Requirements:

 1) CA dropouts & Experience with CA audit firms are preferred

 2) Proficiency in Tally & MS office 

 3) Good communication skills

 4) Good knowledge in GST, TDS and Financial reporting

 5) Team player and flexible to meet deadlines & month end closures
