Product Operations Associate

As a Product Operations Associate at Zocdoc, you will play a critical role in helping patients find and book the right doctors to meet their healthcare needs. You will be responsible for managing the operations associated with our provider network, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to implement solutions that enhance the experience for our patients and providers. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including provider onboarding, data validation, operational reporting, and more. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be crucial as you work to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our provider data. This position is based in our Pune, India office.
