The role is based in Koramangala, Bengaluru with alternate Saturday's working. 2. Work timings can stretch up as this role is considered to be a shadow role to the founders. The person in this role will be working closely with the founders and get exposure to various aspects of the business. 3. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: - Analyzing business data and providing insights to the founders - Identifying growth opportunities and supporting the leadership team in strategic decision making - Liaising with different teams to gather and consolidate data - Preparing presentations and reports for the leadership team - Providing support in process improvements and operational efficiency 4. Ideal candidates should have: - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Familiarity with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, PowerBI, etc. - 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
