<div><strong>Job Summary:</strong></div><div>Waits on Bar guests, obtains drink and/or food order and serves. Gives drink orders to bartender. Responsibilities include cleaning and restocking.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div>- Promptly greet guests at tables, offer food menu, and inform them of the drink specials.</div><div>- Obtain the order and give to the kitchen for food preparation or bartender to mix drink, deliver order.</div><div>- Return to table periodically to make sure all needs are met, offer dessert.</div><div>- Present the check. When payment is offered return change and receipt to guest.</div><div>- Remove dirty dishes and linen as needed.</div><div>- Reset tables with clean china, linen, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments, and paper.</div><div>- Basic knowledge of menu prices and composition.</div><div>- Requires familiarity of daily specials.</div><div>- Monitor snacks at tables.</div><div>- Empty, clean and refill items as your side work duties describe.</div><div>- Maintain a clean uniform and person.</div><div>- Certified in Serving Alcohol with Care or similar program.</div><div>- Successfully complete training of required OSHA programs.</div><div>- Knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures.</div><div>- All duties must be carried out in a safe manner.</div><div>- Be flexible and adaptable to the changes that will occur to your job</div><div>- Employee must treat everyone with dignity and respect.</div><div>- Keep confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, employee issues, etc.</div><div> </div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Highly organized.</li>
<li>Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position, constantly moving, and able to lift 30 pounds.</li>
<li>Strong Guest Service Skills</li>
<li>Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers.</li>
