About the role
Role Overview: We are looking for a Bioinformatics Trainer to educate students on computational tools and data analysis techniques in genomics and proteomics. The trainer will deliver hands-on sessions and mentor students in applying bioinformatics methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training on Python, R, BLAST, and genome annotation tools.
Conduct hands-on sessions for genomics and proteomics data analysis.
Guide students on bioinformatics projects and real-world applications.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new tools into the curriculum.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's or Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related fields.
1 to 4 years of experience in bioinformatics research or training.
Proficiency in Python, R, and bioinformatics software.
Strong teaching, mentoring, and organizational skills.
