Summary
The Director role is a client-facing position with significant opportunity for growth in a dynamic, fast-scaling organization. Directors lead complex client engagements, oversee operational execution across multiple platforms, and ensure a service experience that reflects zizzl’s hospitality-forward culture. Success in this role requires strong benefits knowledge, operational excellence, people leadership, and the ability to connect dots across systems, teams, and client needs.
Requirements
- Lead execution of project plans and supporting materials (project plans, open-items logs, requirements documents, meeting notes, etc.) from implementation through ongoing service.
- Deliver a consistently exceptional client service that drives strong NPS performance.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and accuracy across all aspects of client management.
- Collaborate across departments to align teams, share insights, and ensure cohesive delivery.
- Director day-to-day client operations, including communication, documentation, and process development tailored to each client’s needs.
- Represent Client Operations in sales presentations and partner conversations.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on benefits administration, ICHRA strategy, and broker/consultant expectations.
- Build deep product and platform knowledge to support configuration and troubleshooting.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, including performance reviews, real-time feedback, 1:1s, goal setting and training.
- Participate in zizzl-sponsored professional development and training initiatives.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and client outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in benefits, health insurance, or broker/consultant environments strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work onsite in downtown Milwaukee.
