We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership. How we work Operate within a fast-growing company (user base increased over 10x in 2023) Quick release cycles (typically one release per week) Cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS Production monitoring and alerting systems in place Structured code review process Performance testing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Responsibilities Take ownership of our subscription management portal (Next.js) as the primary Front-End Developer Develop and enhance user activation flows in web onboardings (React + TypeScript) and maintain Zing's website (Webflow) Design and implement A/B test scenarios for web onboardings Manage HTML content within the mobile app’s web view (Braze) Engage in requirement analysis, solution design, and all phases of the project lifecycle Analyze requirements and collaborate closely with team members to create well-thought-out software designs Conduct code reviews Essential Qualifications Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Web Developer At least 1 year working with Next.js Advanced skills in React and TypeScript Proficient in HTML and CSS, with experience in TailwindCSS Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests (Vitest + Playwright) Ability to write clear, maintainable code - collaborating closely with two other developers Demonstrated experience with responsive web design for both mobile and desktop Strong sense of ownership and accountability Accurate estimation and time management skills Fluent in English Beneficial skills Experience in creating responsive email templates for major email clients (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Apple Mail) Familiarity with Webflow - our website zing.coach is made using this technology and web development team occasionally needs to implement changes there Experience in creating Braze in-app campaigns Understanding of cloud technologies, proficiency in AWS Preferably, a degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field Highly interested in a fast-paced software development environment Enthusiasm for learning and continuous improvement Passion for Health & Fitness Why working at Zing is awesome Be part of the fastest-growing fitness and lifestyle startup Opportunities for rapid career development in a hyper-growth startup Excellent work environment: the company is small enough to be person-oriented Work-life balance to suit everyone: flexible working hours English-speaking environment Come be a part of something extraordinary at Zing AI Coach - where innovation meets inspiration, and every day brings new opportunities for growth and impact.
