UI/UX Designer

They are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to lead the design of mobile and web platforms, focusing on user-centered interfaces and experiences. Responsibilities: Design seamless user experiences through research, user flows, wireframes, and visual mockups. Translate product requirements into interactive prototypes that reflect user needs and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate based on feedback. Conduct user testing to validate design solutions and improve usability. Identify UX issues and propose thoughtful, scalable solutions across digital platforms. Present design concepts and user journeys to internal teams and stakeholders. Qualification: 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of user-centered projects. Expertise in mobile, tablet, and desktop design best practices. Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and accessibility standards. Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in an agile, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
