This is a global role that requires managing HR functions across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with local laws and cultural nuances while supporting Zimplistic's overarching business goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of HR to spearhead our efforts in high-quality talent acquisition and performance management. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives while fostering a culture of high performance and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Global HR Management: - Oversee HR operations across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. - Develop strategies to support a culturally diverse workforce and promote seamless collaboration across locations. - Align global HR initiatives with regional needs to ensure consistency and fairness. Talent Acquisition: - Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization. - Build and manage relationships with external recruitment partners and leverage advanced sourcing techniques. - Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Performance Management: - Design and implement performance management systems to drive individual and team excellence. - Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, delivering constructive feedback, and fostering continuous development. - Use analytics and data-driven insights to monitor and improve employee performance and engagement. Strategic HR Leadership: - Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and promote a positive company culture. - Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters, including workforce planning and organizational development. - Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse and vibrant workplace. Employee Development and Retention: - Implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Develop and execute strategies to retain high-performing employees. - Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and act on feedback to continuously improve the work environment. HR Operations: - Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. - Oversee HR policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency. - Manage HR budgets effectively to support organizational goals.
