Key Responsibilities
- Integration & ERP QA
- Own end-to-end QA validation for NetSuite-centric integrations across multiple enterprise applications.
- Validate integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, billing systems, payment gateways, and third-party platforms.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing for ERP workflows.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data synchronization across systems.
- Financial & Billing Workflow Validation
Test Critical Finance Workflows Including
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Subscription billing
- Revenue recognition
- Invoice generation
- Payment reconciliation
- Refunds and credit notes
- Validate accounting entries, GL impact, tax calculations, billing accuracy, and reconciliation logic.
- Work closely with Finance and Accounting teams to understand business rules and compliance requirements.
API & Middleware Testing
- Test REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrations using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar platforms.
- Validate data mappings, transformations, scheduling, retries, and error handling within integration platforms.
- Perform middleware testing using Celigo or similar iPaaS tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or Jitterbit.
- Analyze logs, integration failures, and data discrepancies to identify root causes.
Automation & Data Validation
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for integration and regression testing.
- Build reconciliation and data validation frameworks to compare records across systems.
- Automate financial workflow validations wherever possible.
- Ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and system Collaboration :
- Collaborate with Engineering, Salesforce QA, Finance, Product, and Business Systems teams to define testing strategies.
- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, defect triaging, and release validation.
- Support UAT cycles and production validation activities.
- Drive QA best practices and improve integration testing processes.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in QA/testing with strong exposure to ERP and enterprise integrations.
- Hands-on experience testing NetSuite integrations and finance-related workflows.
- Strong understanding of accounting, billing, invoicing, and financial systems.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools.
- Strong experience in API testing, data validation, and backend testing.
- Experience with SQL queries and database validation.
- Expertise in automation testing frameworks and integration test automation.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce-NetSuite integrations.
- Exposure to subscription billing platforms such as Zuora, Chargebee, Stripe Billing, or Recurly.
- Knowledge of financial compliance and audit processes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA automation in cloud environments.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
- NetSuite or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
