About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on IAM Expert with deep expertise in authorization-as-a-service solutions. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing scalable IAM solutions that ensure secure access control across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement identity and access management frameworks tailored to business needs.
2. Develop and deploy authorization-as-a-service solutions for seamless integration with existing systems.
3. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand access requirements and provide scalable solutions.
5. Monitor and enhance the performance and security of IAM systems.
6. Provide technical leadership on IAM best practices and emerging trends.
   
   

Requirements:

1. Strong expertise in IAM technologies and authorization-as-a-service solutions.
2. Experience with industry-standard protocols such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
3. Proficiency in implementing IAM solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
4. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
5. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
