About the role

ZiMAD seeks an experienced Game Designer to contribute to their Spades game. Responsibilities include developing game features, improving balance and mechanics, implementing monetization strategies, testing features, collaborating with designers and developers, creating design documents, conducting A/B tests, analyzing game data, and monitoring competitor apps. The ideal candidate possesses experience with released board/card/casino games on the App Store or Google Play, understands free-to-play monetization, and is proficient in game metrics (DAU, ARPPU, Retention). Intermediate+ English is required. Must have: - Experience with released board/card games - Free-to-play monetization knowledge - Game metric understanding (DAU, ARPPU) - Develop game features and improve balance - Support feature implementation & testing
