Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic .NET Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of .NET Core Web API development, along with practical knowledge of relational database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server. This role is suitable for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of industry experience who are looking to advance their careers in backend development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RESTful Web APIs using .NET Core.
- Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver robust software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the overall development process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Web API development.
- Hands-on experience or academic exposure to MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with RESTful API principles and data exchange formats (JSON/XML).
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with ADO.Net & Entity Framework Core.
- Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
