UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our ZF Aftermarket digital products team in Pilsen. The team is dedicated to enhancing the ZF Bus Connect product through close collaboration between product, UX, data, and engineering members. Leveraging extensive company knowledge and data from thousands of buses, the team aims to improve efficiency and convenience in vehicle uptime management. What you can look forward to as UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) at ZF: Create and maintain a modern, overarching UX/Design-Guide for ZF Bus Connect Assist the product team in future features definition through research and creation of storyboards, mocks, prototypes, wireframes, and user flows for different personas Work closely with development-team to ensure frictionless transfer from design to code Provide design solutions to visualize complex data in a user-friendly format Follow agile development methodologies & lean principles to contribute to our high-quality product development practice and its constant improvement Your Profile as UI/UX Designer (m/f/d): BSc in UX Design, Digital Design, Computer Science degree or equivalent, min. 3 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge of user-centered design research methodologies, familiarity with designing for web-platforms catering to all screen sizes, responsive design Knowledge of UI Libraries such as MS Fluent, Bootstrap, Prime NG, Google Material Design. Skilled in Figma or similar such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq Reasonable communication skills to interface with market-oriented product managers as well as tech-oriented developers Passion for innovative digital products and fluency in English
