About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other platforms. Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies. Organize and manage files, records, and other documents efficiently. Follow company policies and guidelines for data management. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets. Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace. Strong typing speed with high accuracy. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Reliable internet connection and a functional computer. Preferred Skills: Experience with CRM software or database management. Familiarity with data privacy and security practices. Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical tasks.
